polio drops schedule

Hello, My baby is 4 months old now and polio drops i gave him when he was born and then when he 2 months old after that i didnt get news about the drops i missed his dose on 8th of November . will it affect him? and when and where should i give him the dose. After how many months this polio drops are given to the baby

Hi do not worry nothing will happen to your baby.The schedule advised is usually like this ...at birth,6,10,14 months and at yearly intervals until the child turns 5yrs of age .if you have missed now, its not a problem make sure you get it done in december and january when the govt will hold camps all over india to immunize children below 5 yrs.It will be held at all govt hospitals and Health centers and in many pvt hospitals as well.So relax.Take care.
