The long Valencia street track comprises 25 corners, with a reasonably interesting sequence of bends towards the end of the lap. But most of the turns are very tight and slow.
The only thing you can say in its defence is it’s only held two races yet and perhaps it will improve with age. The race organisers have at least made a couple of changes to make it better to look at.
Ordinarily held in August, the Valencia race is being held two months earlier than usual but similar weather conditions are expected: three days of hot, dry running.
