The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has announced tha sale of the Application Forms for its mass housing projects at Ulwe region in Mumbai. The Forms of CIDCO Ulwe will be available on all railway stations of Navi Mumbai except Seawood and Turbhe. The Cost of these CIDCO Ulwe forms is set to Rupees 50/- INR.
The Forms of CIDCO Ulwe Project will be available from 7th of July 2010 to 4th August 2010 and filled forms can be submitted to the CIDCO Ulwe Project Officers from July 14th to August 16th. The Forms are to be submitted along the Demand Draft from TJSB Branch. The TJSB Branches are located at these places in Navi Mumbai: Vashi, Panvel and Airoli. The Forms will be also available across the state in TJSB Branches.
There are 1,344 Units to be build under this CIDCO Ulwe project and these will be mainly MIG Group Residential Units UL I (210 Sq Ft) which will cost around 6-7 Lakh Rupees in INR. 8 Units of UL II-A (250.90 Sq Ft) will be also available in this CIDCO Project and will be available for 8.83 Lakh Rupees INR. There is also 538 Units of UL II (320 Sq Ft) which will cost 10-11 Lakhs INR.
