Guess the hottest Tamil film in the remake market? It is none other than Lingusamy’s Paaiya featuring Karthi, Tamannaah and Milind Soman which has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja that is scorching the charts.
The trailer and songs of the film has done the trick for Lingusamy who is producing and directing the film. All areas for the film including its television rights have gone for high prices, making it the hottest film in the circuit. This has led to a craze among Telugu and Hindi producers to buy its remake rights.
Lingusamy explains: "The film is a mix of action and romance. Let us say that there is 70 percent romance and 30 percent action. The hero meets the heroine during a travel as the romantic and action elements mix to get the perfect entertainer. I myself have plans to remake it in Hindi and Telugu.”
