Aayirathil Oruvan is a forthcoming Tamil film directed by Selvaraghavan and produced by S. Thanu. Karthik Sivakumar and Reema Sen have been cast in lead roles. R. Parthiban and Andrea Jeremiah acts in guest roles in Aayirathil oruvan. Director turned actor Azhagam Perumal is donning the role of Reema�s father.
Reema Sen is the heroine in Aayirathil Oruvan in which she is acting the role of a bio-scientist who invents a medicine with a potential to change the lives of people. Karthi plays the role of man who got transformed by her wonder medicine.
The forests of Chalakkudy and deserts of Jaisalmer are some of the locations where the shooting has taken place. In Hyderabad a set has been erected inside Ramoji Rao Film City at a cost of Rs 5 crore.
